We wanted stay one more night. They changed our room, and it was really, really unconfortable: nothing worked, insects, not bedspreads, not tv, only a lamp (it was not possible to read). They did not want to change our room, so we had to lift in the morning without any refund.
What I liked the most was the quality of the food and the good attention of all the workers. What I didn't like, is that they don't put any type of drink in the room.
The person in charge of the scooters was never at his workplace we couldnt rent one of those the food was very limited it didnt vary much
Private beach was great, room staff was great and kept it clean, facilities lacking, internet only in lobby the hotel isn’t equipped as yet, food was the same thing morning, noon, night. Food not used in the am were recycled in a different way but mainly the same no variety. To many flies in the restaurant and the lobby. The flies were constant and endless am not exaggerating! The ones that get you sick. The hotel reception speaks English but not many staff just one each shift. The bar it’s only Cuba rum , not variation, not even a blender to make an imitation cocktail. The price we paid was for 7 nights and it’s the average of any international hotel but the standard was way below. The 3 other restaurants were closed due to season. No grill what so ever, no bbq, no burger, just bread cheese n ham susuage, and fried plantains, on the cafe, 2 late nights we were lucky to get cheese b pita = pizza😆, all activity is in Spanish for the kids. The water pedal boats for the beach was great but not included in the All inclusive. Will not recommend for anyone who is accustomed to international travel. This place is only for Persons from Cuba.
El aire acondicionado no fue bueno. Mucho calor en la habitacion.
