This is a 5-star property for large families that want an inexpensive, clean place to stay. It’s like a visit to Grandmother’s house. I gave 4 stars because this is really more of a B&B vibe than a hotel. But, if I wanted my two children to stay in a room with me, this is the place.

Great location in Olbia . We were put in the “new” wing. No WiFi ! Room was clean but towel hangers were broken. Bathroom radiator did not work and bedside lamp was broken. Breakfast was simple , great coffee and a GREAT server. Free parking was a bonus.

Rude staff, broken A/C, good location
The location is fantastic and the room clean but that’s the only positives I’m afraid. The air conditioning was broken, and in fact was stuck on hot setting so the room went up to 27 degrees. We asked if we could move rooms but they were full - they brought a fan to the room but it fell over several times and frankly made little difference. I asked even for some bottled water to cool down but the man at reception refused and was really rude, while drinking beer with friends in the hotel reception. There are NO amenities. No shower gel, no tea coffee facilities, not even glasses in the room for water. While the lady we checked out with gave us a small discount at the end to apologise, I couldn’t in good faith recommend anyone else stay here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT WORTH DOUBLE CHARGE
This place double charged my credit card for a one night stay. The charged my card on different days so I didn’t notice until we left the hotel and they keep ignoring my calls and messages. This place is horrible, it’s barely worth a regular price for one night and definitely not worth paying double.

Foi um bom custo-benefício. O hotel fica muito perto de uma praça com alguns comércios e da rua principal, onde fica a maior parte dos restaurantes. Não é tão moderno, mas está bem conservado, o café da manhã é bom, o chuveiro é quente e o staff é simpático. Voltaria com certeza!

Extremt lyhört, det var som att hotellrummen inte hade några dörrar, man hörde allt och blev väckt extremt tidigt. Så rekommenderar inte hotellet för dom ljudkänsliga. Men annars fanns det gratis parkering tillgängligt. Frukosten var ok, man blev mätt. Hotellet låg centralt.
