I feel it was overpriced for what it was. We got the king room and the bathroom was so small they couldn't fit a sink in; the sink was in the closet, which was a two foot wide clothes rack. There was no dresser to put clothes in, only a desk. And although it seemed recently painted, there was still a general feeling of being unclean. All the hair stuck to the air conditioning intake probably helped confirm this impression.
The bed was hard as a rock, and if you decide to stay, make sure you bring something to cover the frosted window in the door; the spotlight in the parking lot shines through and lights up the whole room, as does the sun when it comes up.
The owners were nice, so I feel bad writing a poor review, but the price in no way reflected the accomidations. I would expect to pay no more than $75 for that room, not the $148 I was charged.
