Molly's Little Apartments se encuentra en Distrito financiero central de Melbourne, a tan solo 3 minutos a pie de Estación de metro de Flagstaff y a 5 minutos a pie de Queen Victoria Market.
The apartment is perfect from inside and has everything you will need for a good stay. Do not let the dirty corridor leading up to the apartment fool you. There is a super market right below and also east coast car rental which was super convenient for me. The beds specially are extremely comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep. Perfect apartment to see Melbourne.
The transportation is convenient and easily accessible. The amenities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym, were quite good. Except for the slightly dirty hallway in the apartment, everything was generally clean.
Looks a lot nicer in the photos. The reason for renting an apartment is so that you can self cater. However, there was no tea or coffee sachets. No coffee plunger. No toaster. The cutlery and plates were low budget. 4 ppl staying for 4 nights and only 4 towels, especially when using the pool this isn't enough. Would have been fine as often use the washer and dryer in other apartments to clean towels myself, but there was no dryer. Would have been nice to have a few essentials provided, so you're not buying everything for a few days stay. Salt, pepper a few tea bags etc. Great location and a nice place to stay overall though.
This property is centrally located, with lots within walking distance.
It is wheelchair accessible however the carpet from the lift to the room is very difficult to get through.
The unit needs some TLC, with stains on the flooring and alot of black & pink mould in the shower area.
We also never received any communication about what the unit number was and had to use our investigative skills to work it out.
There are 2 rooms both with queen beds, a balcony, good sized kitchen but no tea, coffee or milk. There is a 24/7 shop right beside the units building, but is very expensive.
Enjoyed our stay, but some TLC would be recommended
Well presented apartment, location was very convenient to walk to the Queen Victoria Markets and plenty of public transport options. The building foyer and lifts were good but the hallway to the apartment had a funky smell and the carpets were super stained. Suggest including things like a dish cloth for washing dishes and tissues for guest convenience. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.
For the price, this apartment is fantastic. The location is great and easy walk to city center & Queen Victoria Market. Very minimalist, but had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, including a HUGE TV.
The apartment is in a private residential
building and although the building could do with some new carpet, the pool, spa & sauna are great. Access to the building is secure and safe.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby and the station is also nearby, so transportation is convenient. I had a pleasant stay in Melbourne.
Good central location, easy check in the only negatives is the lack of cooking utensils such as pans (the apartment comes with a oven and gas top.
Also the lack of towels, coffee and tea (would have been nice) a bottle opener, lack of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and limited toilet roll.

Overall really good the only thing that let it down was the cleanliness unfortunately the cleaners mustnāt have seen the aircon filters. Very dusty
We had a great 4 night stay in Molly's apartments. The apartment is located close to restaurants, the Vic markets, trams and also convenience stores. The apartment was neat and included most of the amenities needed for a weekend stay, although we were surprised there wasn't any tea, coffee or milk. We had a late flight and arrived at the apartment after midnight, and would have really appreciated, even just a few tea/coffee bags for the next morning. During our stay, we had a few questions for the owner and were extremely pleased with the professional and quick response. The apartment block was very secure with 24/7 security and having access to a gym and pool was a huge bonus.
Check in was very problematic. We arrived and were unable to get into the building. Managed to get onto owner after two phone calls who had forgotten to send check in details. Property description had stated an email would be sent if checking in after regular hours and we were there at 3:15 pm.
The apartment was very central for us and was clean and spacious for a small apartment. Contained everything we needed. Comfortable beds.
Would stay there again if check in was improved.
