We had an amazing time at Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived at Caticlan Airport, the transportation to the hotel was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious. we especially highly recommend the Prime Rib dinner buffet! Our room was very clean and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed everything and would gladly stay here again. 😊

We definitely enjoyed out short stay with Mandarin Bay Resort to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Checked in early - waiting time was reasonable within the hour we were in. Special mention to Grace as she assisted and welcomed us - also arranged a suprise for my wife on her special day which was really thoughtful of her and the housekeeping team. I truly recommend their breakfast buffet and dinner as well. Beach with white sand is just a step away from the rear. Pool was great for both adults and kids. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Walking distance from Station 2 establishments too. Will definitely go back in the future. Thank you Mandarin Bay!

This hotel is world class. The staff work very hard to keep everything nice. The breakfast is wonderful. It had a wide variety of items, something for everyone. The room was very clean. The location is excellent - easy access to the beach and everything you'd want to see in Boracay. The room was nice sized. The only two down points - there was a funky mildew smell when every time we first entered the room. I think with the high humidity and being next to the ocean this is nearly impossible to eliminate. The pool atrium does have some noise. It's managable but not silent either.
