pathetic maintenance. Looks like they dont care and the management doesnt seem to bother. following were unacceptable conditions in the room.
1. The kettle was missing the spout and when i tried to pour hot water into the cup it spilled all over.
2. the hair blower was burnt out (i guess) as it was not working.
3. I wanted to ask the room service to replace and the phone was dead.
4. the safety lock was locked again I couldn't get to call to fix it.
5. Upon walking to the reception, I could not speak to a manager as he is not available untile noon.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. for the price I paid this is not acceptable.
I will not recommend this place at all to anyone.
