6/10 Bueno

You get what you paid for. I stayed here for just the weekend in Cambodia, and you really do get what you paid for. There are other budget hotels that I would recommend looking at or spending a bit more. This might be a Siem Reap issue, but there was a mosquito in my room for at least 24 hours and given that there was no mosquito net, I felt a bit uncomfortable. I tried to kill the mosquito to no avail.
The bathroom is the worst l've seen in cheap hotels around South East Asia, but usable. We couldn't get the hot water to work, but that could have been just an issue in my room. The guy working the front desk didn't really speak English, which was fine because I just used Google translate. He didn't offer a new room, but it was fine because I was only there for 2 nights. Bring your own toiletries because you only get one hotel size shampoo and body wash for your time there. We did not get room service, which would have been nice to know in advance.
The location is good and near Pub Street and a night market. You can hear Pub Street in the rooms, so if you need a quiet room for the night, this isn't the place for you. Also, the walls were thin, so if you have loud neighbors you will hear them too.
There is a small pool there. We did not use it because it looked dirty, but I believe if you wanted to use it, bring your own pool towel.
They did not seem to provide any.
I rated this hotel 3 stars because for you get your own room in a decent location for the price of a hostel.
