I've been to this hotel several times because it's new and quiet, but the service keeps getting worse and worse. At check in, the front desk clerk seemed like she didn't want to be at work and did not offer room service or inform me about any of the hotel's offerings. I used the gym and the on-site laundromat. The dryer took my money but did not dry my clothes; there was no 'out of order' sign posted. When I brought this to the attention of staff and management, they said there was no way to refund me the money I lost, which is ridiculous and nonsense. Even people attending your average vending machine will refund you money lost in their machine! This seemed like it would be a simple fix.
