As a Hotels.com Gold Member and frequent traveler to all-inclusive resorts, I can confidently say that Princess Grand Jamaica is in a league of its own. Hands down, this was the best all-inclusive resort experience we’ve had as a family. We stayed in a stunning oceanfront suite that featured a private jacuzzi on the balcony and access to a gorgeous infinity pool, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning feel like paradise. We also upgraded to the Platinum service, which took everything to the next level. Our amazing butlers, Rayon and Gregory, made sure our stay was flawless. From organizing a surprise birthday celebration for our son (complete with decorations and cake in our suite) to booking dinner reservations and being available for anything we needed, they truly went above and beyond. The entire resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel like royalty. If you’re considering a stay, don’t think twice go Platinum and ask for Rayon and Gregory. This was a 5-star experience from start to finish, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

This experience was absolutely amazing. The check-in process was quick. We received cool hand towels to refresh our hands and face, upon arrival, and were immediately served rum punch during our short wait. Great food, great servers, great bartenders. Great vibes all around. Shoutout to the entire gift shop staff. However, they fell a bit short when it came to getting service from the front desk. We had 3 people in our party and there were only two towels and one small tube of bath gel; the extra towels took forever to arrive and housekeeping never arrived to tidy up our room and refill our bath products.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking brand new resort for five unforgettable nights and six days. Having just opened last fall, everything felt fresh, new and wonderfully modern . We loved that the resort wasn’t overcrowded. It was extremely peaceful. Being two women traveling, we always felt 100% safe. The Rastafarian Safari was the best excursion we’ve done to date. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see the Jamaican landscape and learn of Jamaican culture. Richie was our awesome guide through the countryside. We had so much fun driving the Polaris and seeing the sights up close. Richie is a local and answered every crazy question we threw at him. He made the tour fun and exciting. If you want the best, ask for Richie! Our driver Rayon, from Aloha Jamaica Tours, was most friendly, fair priced, knowledgeable and kind. He is the only one we will use when we come back to Jamaica! The dining experience was beyond our expectation. Whether it was gourmet meals, burgers, late night snacks or room service, every dish was delightful. Be prepared to gain weight as the desserts are out of this world and it’s so hard to choose just one!! What really set this resort apart was the phenomenal customer service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we felt pampered and didn’t want for anything. We visited Princess Grand with a group of 15 (9 kids under 14 and 6 parents). Our experience was all around excellent! The customer service, the food, the drinks, the entertainment were all excellent. We have stayed in a dozen of "all inclusive" resorts around the Caribbean for the past 10 years and our experience at the Princess Grand Jamaica was the best so far. It is a new resort and they seem to have the operational kinks worked out. We'd like to give kudos to several of the staff that took care of us all - below is a list of some, but not all: Clinton - server at the reef Shaunoozie - Moonlight bar (incredible personality and service) Janelle - Moonlight bar (excellent service, kind, warm) Kanisha - Food Market (excellent service, kind, remembered our drinks and individual wishes for each breakfast for 5 days) Shanalee - Moonlight bar (excellent service, kind) Apphia - Front Desk (excellent service, kind) Duel - Bar at Italian Restaurant (excellent service, great conversationalist, warm) The Boat Rental Guys (during the week of Feb 17 2025) Princess (her name) - At Caribe rental (excellent service) Andre - Valet / Bell Hop area (excellent service) There were many more. Running an all-inclusive has to be difficult when you're providing "all you care to consume" food and drink to your patrons (potentially thousands) all day. . .and "all at once" during breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recently stayed at Princess Grand for my solo birthday trip, and despite a few hiccups at the beginning, the manager went above and beyond to turn my experience into something truly magical. I can confidently say I’ve never felt more like a princess! My butler, Matthew, did his BIG one—not just on my birthday but every single day. His attention to detail and dedication to making my stay special was unmatched. From beautifully decorating my room on my birthday to ensuring every little need was met, he made my trip unforgettable. The food at the resort’s restaurants was amazing each meal felt like a five-star dining experience. You must try The Pearl, Jamrock and food truck with the Jerk Chicken. The spa was incredibly relaxing, the gym was top-notch, and the entire resort was simply breathtaking. The views throughout the property were unmatched, but my swim-out suite took it to another level, pure luxury! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt safe and well taken care of as a solo traveler. Their hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt at home. This resort has officially become my second home, and I’ll definitely be returning. If you’re considering a stay at Princess Grand, don’t hesitate this place is a dream!

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Everyday we had to call and ask for towels and wash clothes as they either did not leave any or they left small towels (like the ones you put on the floor by the shower). They always brought them with a smile but seemed odd that we always had to ask. One thing to note is that if you book all inclusive at the Grand Jamaican you won’t have access to the a la cartes at the Senses adult only resort (steakhouse, hibachi, etc). If you don’t have kids with you can purchase a dining option (don’t know the cost because we had a child and it wasn’t an option for us). The activities that are scheduled didn’t always happen - for example they never held pool volleyball and they didn’t have a net set up in any pool and one day we never saw the activity staff around. The food at the a la cartes was ok, but not great. The food at the buffet was better and the breakfast buffet was probably the best. It was difficult to get ahold of anyone via phone for help (housekeeping, etc). Only one gift shop and a high end beach wear shop on site. We enjoyed the options for water sports - kayaks, stand up boards, paddle boats, etc. There wasn’t anywhere available for pickleball like advertised. I’m not sure that the spa was open yet as we couldn’t find it and asked for a map of the property but they stated that they were working on one but it wasn’t available yet.

Property has only been open for 4 months and is struggling to find their grove. Two different rooms we checked into with no towels at all, no washcloths, hand towels etc, safe was locked and it look forever (over hour) after 3 calls to front desk just to get body towels only. Buffets were basic and often out of glasses for drinks and hard to find silverware was well….service is not 5 star. Highlight - Chris bartender at swim up pool and others there were great, Neesha the server at the pool by beach was amazing! Property was nice, dining options ok, I don’t feel like the 9 restaurants is true…2 are food trucks, one place only open for lunch, 4 dinner restaurants plus a mediocre buffet. Platinum guests have one more option, but it’s another buffet.
