Our 1 bedroom suite was immaculate !! The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband let them know it was my 50th birthday and when we got into our room there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries were delicious and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the view of the city at night !!! In the morning everything was covered in a beautiful white blanket of snow. We had a wonderful overnight stay.

The interior of the rooms are a definite acquired taste and some of the finishings could be much better. There was no information that I could find in the room noting how to use the TV for example and the room on entry was very cold as the window was left open (I visited in mid November so it was cold). Not an issue per se but the duvet had no cover and instead was sandwiched between 2 sheets which didn't create a lux feel to the bed however, the bed itself was the mot comfortable i've expereinced in a hotel. An average hotel in my opinion but the bar staff in the new bar were amazing.
