Warning to my fellow travelers: if you have to communicate with the hotel AT ALL, good luck. I booked my first night in a smaller room and second night in a bigger room, and they would not give us the room code for the second room until a couple hours before check in (supposed to be 48 hrs). We tried contacting them through the website, email, Whatsapp, and Wechat. Finally got a response from Wechat after a full day of attempts. Would also not respond at all to questions about storing luggage or early check-in. Many instances made me think that this is not a legitimate business. Also impossible to find at night without a local to guide you around to the back street (it is on the other side of where Google Maps takes you). The doors to the rooms do not auto-lock when you leave, and it’s not obvious how to lock from the outside. I guess you get what you pay for. It is a completely unstaffed hotel. The rooms are at least nice, clean, affordable, and the location is great. It’s fine if you just need a place to crash near Namba station for the night.
