The room was lovely and perfect for our needs. The property manager was very helpful upon arrival, when we locked ourselves outside (to be fair, I think there was a mistranslation on the instructions where it said "glass door" instead of "wood door" and that led us outside to the balcony instead of to our room). But we had a wonderful stay in this charming and perfectly situated townhouse very close to downtown.

Very charming bead and breakfast hotel located a few steps from the Lucien L’Allier Metro station, and five minutes from Concordia and the Crescent Street night life. Only cautionary note is the parking is not secure, and local car thieves apparently have a taste for Honda CRVs and Toyota RAV4s. One of the latter was stolen from the lot during our stay. I was told that wasn’t a first-time occurrence. So if you own one of those cars, I would strongly advise parking in a nearby secure garage. Our nine year old Subaru didn’t seem to be of interest to the thieves though. Definitely recommend the hotel though.

Spotless room, great staff, delicious breakfast. Restroom amenities need to be upgraded, they are not as nice as they have been over our last 8 to 10 visits to this property. With a hot tub, body lotion is a MUST. We love this special spot!
