The hotel is in an excellent location, essentially the best it can be. However, the whole property looks very tired, it must have been remodeled 50+ years ago. Rooms are moldy and smelly, furniture and carpets are old, there are stains everywhere. Plumbing doesn't work well, showers are impractical. One (very slow) elevator for the whole property. No parking arrangements, or agreement with some local parking lot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We have been staying at this hotel for years, we enjoy the location mainly. It's a great hotel but is now a bit tired and needs a general uplift in the rooms - the shower was very small and restricts movement.

The property is right across from the Adriatic sea, making it very convenient to go to the water. It is in a very good location with mini restaurants, restaurants and shopping around. The entire hotel had a slight smell. I think cleaning the carpets which are everywhere in the hotel would help immensely with that.

The hotel has a fantastic view on the beach and the staff is very friendly but that´s it ! The room is horrible and old. Bed matress is bad. The bathroom is terrible. No coffee pot or hot water kettle, and no microwave. I was led to believe that the property was on the beach. I had a beach view, but it wasn't on the beach. There were two streets that separated me from the beach. They advertised a parking garage, but it was full, so I had to pay 2 Euros an hour to park on the street. I later moved the car to a free spot a couple blocks away. The neighborhood dumpsters were right under my window, and everyone kept dumping their bottles at all hours of the night. But it building was relatively clean, and the breakfast was decent. It even had eggs and bacon for the Americans.

Extremely Small Shower Stall

The smallest shower stall I have ever seen in my life. I barely fit in there. if I dropped the soap, I had to open the doors to be able to bend down to pick it up because there is no room. If you're a larger person, you're going to have a problem fitting in this shower. Perfect location. Excellent breakfast buffet and rooftop Terrace with amazing views.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. However no hot water in room. Had to ask to get it sorted. Mattress very hard, difficult to sleep on. I also asked for a DND sign as none in room. Was told it would be delivered to room/ placed on door. Did not happen and so, I was awaken by housekeeper trying to get in. Very small shower cubicle. Overall a tired, dated look unsuitable for its purpose in the XXI century. The pluses its location and very friendly staff
