Excelente servicio y ubicación. Garage propio para poder estacionar el carro sin preocupaciones de dónde dejarlo mientras uno visita la ciudad amurallada. El desayuno vasto y muy bueno. Recibí mucha ayuda de la chica de recepción. Realmente me gusto mucho el hotel. Me quedaría ahí nuevamente

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my life, and this is honestly one of the best experiences I've had! The attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the staff are what truly makes this place unique. Sparkling clean room and bathroom, out-of-this-world breakfast buffet with locally sourced food, staff remembering your name and preferences - it really was a 5 star experience without the 5 star price tag. Location was convenient for all the sights, but far enough away to be a bit quieter. Underground parking was also definitely appreciated. Oh, and I loved the map provided by the hotel with their own suggestions and recommendations - it was really helpful. I think I might have to go back to beautiful Évora just to stay at this hotel again!

The reviews for this hotel were so good that I didn't think it could possibly live up to them but this was the best hotel experience I have ever had. It is a small hotel without any fancy facilities but they just do everything so well. The service is outstanding without in any way being intrusive and the breakfast was excellent, with a range of local produce and home made cakes. We are seriously considering a return visit to Evora just so that we can stay here again!

This is a truly outstanding hotel! The staff are warm and friendly, the service impeccable and the quality of the room and service first rate. If all forms of accommodation were half as good as this hotel, you would never want to go home.
