Terrible Experience – Poor Management and Unsafe Conditions
Our stay at this apartment in Bellevue, Washington was awful. From the start, management was unresponsive—you can only text, no phone number provided, which made resolving issues a nightmare.
Parking and check-in were extremely frustrating. You have to get temporary keys, run up to the apartment to get the actual keys, and then go back down 20 levels to return the temp set. It’s a needlessly complicated process that wasted a lot of time.
Once inside, things got worse. Everything was unplugged, and there was Saran wrap covering all the fire detectors. The worst part? We found a knife in the bed sheets! This wasn’t just odd, it was dangerous—my wife almost cut her leg on it. When we texted management about this, we received no response for a full day. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. How could they miss a knife sticking out of the bed?
The lack of communication, along with the cumbersome check-in process, made this stay incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here, plan on allocating at least an hour for check-in and parking.
The apartment itself could be nice if it were clean and better managed, but as it stands, it’s far from a 5-star rental. Definitely would not recommend.
