The hotel is fantastic, right in front of the beach. The staff at the hotel is amazing and we really loved everything. Food is great too and the pool bar was the highlight for me and my wife. The room is clean and comfortable !

Amazing property with a beautiful ocean view. Staff very kind ,helpful , always smiling and easy to access. One of the best hotel teams I met after all my trips around the world. This property is ocean front but the beach in front of the hotel is full of big rocks so it’s not appropriate to swim unless you have a proper protection for your feet. When I went the property was full of Europeans, mostly couples relaxing around the pool and beach side bed. The hotel was clean and quiet a little away from the Main Street where has bars and restaurants but completely walkable. A good place if you want to relax not party.

The bars immediately outside of the hotel are NOT attentive at all to the guests. I know they may not be affiliated directly with the hotel, but it reflects negatively when they provide poor service, ignore the guests and are the only negative experience for our trip there.

Todos os quartos são frente mar. Nossa opção foi o quarto com varanda grande. Nos colocaram num quarto no mesmo andar da piscina que fica muito próxima da varanda. A ideia de reservar quarto com vista mar e poder ficar com a cortina aberta o que não estava sendo possível pois a privacidade era zero já as pessoas que estavam na piscina ficavam olhando, muito desagradável. Pedi para trocar de quarto e daí sim, fomos para o andar de cima e deu para curtir a linda vista. Tirando este inconveniente, tudo ok.

O hotel é muito bom mas alguns pontos merecem uma melhoria (na minha opinião): acho ruim a opcao do proprio hotel de ter a recepcao praticamente "pe na areia". Eu sei que a vila inteira é de areia mas o fato de ter areia na entrada da recepcao, sem local para lavar os pés imediatamente antes da mesma faz com que a recepcao, a escada, o corredor e o seu proprio quarto estejam sempre sujos de areia, mesmo com limpeza frequente da equipe. Sobre a limpeza dos quartos, fiquei 6 noites e os lencóis e toalhas foram trocados a cada 2 dias conforme a politica do hotel mas achei que a limpeza do banheiro poderia ser melhor considerando que foi uma estadia um pouco mais longa que o usual. O café da manhã é bom mas tem aquela velha dificuldade de reposição de alguns itens mais perto do final do período. Como a minha expectativa era alta em relação ao hotel, houve um pouco de frustração mas tenho consciência de que é um dos melhores hotéis da vila.

Localização ótima e café da manhã bem variado e de muito boa qualidade. Enfim, excelente experiência vivida no Hotel Apenunga, em Jericoacara. A única observação a fazer seria que o hotel poderia disponibilizar um deck sobre as pedras que estão à frente do hotel, o que propiciaria acesso dos hóspedes diretamente ao mar. Gica a dica 😉

No bar da piscina, não posso deixar de agradecer a gentileza do barman Tiago e do garçon Eder, ambos muito atenciosos com todos os hóspedes.
