I loved my stayed in this property. It is very beautiful, calm and the breakfast is very good. The staff from the kitchen are amazing!! My only complain about this property is the WiFi that never worked inside of our room and we ended up having to work outside by the pool. Everything else was great though.

Minha experiência nessa pousada foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde a chegada, fui muito bem recebida, com atendimento atencioso, cordial e cheio de cuidado nos detalhes. O ambiente é aconchegante, extremamente limpo, organizado e transmite muita paz. O quarto estava impecável, confortável e muito bem preparado para receber os hóspedes. O café da manhã delicioso, com variedade e tudo fresquinho. A localização também é excelente, facilitando bastante o passeio. Sem dúvidas, foi uma estadia incrível, daquelas que deixam vontade de voltar. Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca conforto, tranquilidade e um atendimento excepcional. Estão de parabéns!

Voltarei com certeza!

Tive uma ótima estadia na Pazuu. A estrutura da pousada é aconhegante, o quarto onde me hospedei é muito confortável, com colchão e travesseiros ótimos, a jacuzzi na varanda com jardim completa o charme da hospedagem. O café da manhã é simples, mas completo e saboroso. Toda a pousada apresentou limpeza satisfatória nos 5 dias que me hospedei. Os colaboradores são muito cordiais, e prontos para resolver quaisquer dificuldades. Não utilizei os serviços do bar para avaliar. Em termos de distâncias, a pousada é perto do principal point de gastronomia de Ubatuba, cerca de 10 a 15 minutos caminhando, e de fácil mobilidade para as praias da região central. A única sugestão que deixo para uma próxima visita é providenciar uma capa para a jacuzzi, pois ainda que limpa, ao ficar descoberta, poeira pode interferir na qualidade da água, como observei no primeiro uso, fios de cabelo e poeira; nada que uma capa/tampa não resolva. Voltarei com certeza.
