The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. They had gym, buffet restaurant, cafe, casino, large bath which I never used!

Hotel was a little older but still really good. Nice and clean, you could just see some wear building up. Great location to the 2 full day tours I booked while in Jeju, it was an easy 5 minute walk. The view was nice and the staff were very professional, polite, and friendly. The hallway and room had tons of scuff marks on the walls and furniture. The bathroom floor tile had visibly dirty spots and the shower tile and caulking was dirty and had mold spots. There was no sound insulation to the other rooms or the hallway.

Pros: lots of restaurants to choose from outside in the vicinity. There’s an Emart, supermarket just across the street, prepare to lose your money there. If you drive, lots of parking and they are not compact sizes. Cons: Room is way too outdated. The door and lock do not feel secure and sturdy if you care about safety. Way to the room was a bit hard to navigate, but it might just be me. The air condition was not cool enough, so if you are afraid of being hot, this might not be the place for you.
