It is close to Disneyland and that's it. The hotel room had chipped paint and rock hard beds. We tried to check in early, but they told us to come back at 3p, which is totally fine. We came back at 3:30p soaking wet and freezing from the rain, and were told our room still wasn't ready. I asked if there was a room available that was ready and the lady said "yes" and put us in another room. It wasn't until we got to the room I found out we were downgraded. The check in person didn’t even mention that we would be downgraded. By that point, I had just gotten out of a 12 hours flight, and was exhausted and wanted to shower, so I just accepted the downgrade.
Also all of the hotels have the same name and even taxis can't figure out which one is which. There are a bunch of hotels right next to this one that would probably be better (and also have the same name).
