Casp74 is a well-set-up and super clean space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The reception team communicated effectively through WhatsApp and even sent a letter about the window cleaning schedule. The location is ideal—close enough to the action (just a 10-15 minute walk) but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. It's an excellent location and choice for our Barcelona visit, and we'll definitely stay there again!

CASP74 was such a lovely stay. This was a last-minute booking due to a mix-up from a different company, but they were able to accommodate an early check-in, as well as had a crib ready in our unit. The building is very centrally located, making exploring and sightseeing easy. The unit was clean, with a stocked kitchen and an in-unit washing machine.

Stayed here for a couple nights with my family of 4. It was nice to have the extra space with the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living room and laundry was a plus. It is located in a safe area and easy to walk to restaurants and tourist areas. They also provided a welcome bottle of wine.
