Very noisy air conditioning and terrible pillows. Pull out bed was 90% springs and 10% padding. Breakfast weak. Staff were very friendly. Pool was pretty dirty and very cold.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Although the area immediately surrounding the hotel is quiet, the location was very close to the freeway and to downtown Camarillo. The free breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of options, and the dining area was very clean. The staff was very friendly as well. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The jacuzzi was so relaxing too. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room and surrounding area were clean, quiet, and peaceful. For this reason, I typically try to stay at a Marriott because they always exceed my expectations.

Disappointed

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good, I especially liked the iced coffee Otherwise the hotel and stay was not great, seemed like one issue after another Not worth the price or what I’ve experienced at other Marriott’s Our room was dirty, including some of the dishes and the silverware in the cupboards There was dirty hand prints on the bathroom door Bed was uncomfortable Fold out couch was realllllly uncomfortable and incredibly squeaky and noisy Both bathrooms the conditioners were empty Our mobile key stopped working twice for me and once for my husband and it had us locked out the back door as that’s where we had parked $15 a night per car for parking seems kinda crazy when you’re spending $400+ a night Pool was dirty and hot tub was worse Then our 3rd day/night the power was out for the entire day and all of our groceries in the fridge went bad The remote for the tv in the master was super finicky We are a military family, who was staying there as we’re waiting for housing, and no longer wanted to make the commute from Port Hueneme, as our kids had started school in Camarillo. We had initially thought we would extend our stay, prior to checking in, but honestly could not wait to leave and go back to staying on base

This place is a gem!

We were so happy at this hotel. My son stayed there during Christmas and had the same experience. My daughter lives in the townhouses adjacent so we could easily walk to her place. The breakfast had many options and was healthy! The rooms are large. The staff was magnificent. Thank you to Jocelyn for making our late checkin so easy.

Went for a little visit so grandpa could meet his first great great grandson. The hotel was nice and accommodating even with the last minute change of having our grand dog. Enjoyed the 2 room suite. Clean, quiet and friendly. Took the grandson down to the pool. Clean outside area and families enjoying the pool and spa, and even the bbq. Absolutely enjoyed the stay.

Enjoyable Comfort

we had the king bed suite, it was nicely decorated and had all the equipment for short stay, although we always think we should bring our own pillows. The bed was comfortable, we both slept thru the nite. The breakfast was so-so. The $10 a nite parking per car was the worst, not the cost just the principle of hotels charging you to park while you're spending $100's for a room.
