Absolutely lovely, we had the best time here room1 and room5 , me and my friend and our kids stayed the weekend and was so greatful to the owner she gave all 3 kids a plush and they Absolutely loved them so kind and thoughtful we will definitely be back again soon enough, thank you again for having us 😊

Positives - very friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions before I stayed quickly. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was free and straightforward on the road just around the corner. Fridge in room. Negatives - there was an unclean smell when entering the property and in the stairs/hallway. The dining room was dark and unwelcoming. I glimpsed the owners private area downstairs and the standard of cleanliness wasn’t great. This put doubt into my mind about the level of cleanliness elsewhere in particular for cooking breakfast. We did not eat breakfast so can’t comment but this was offered. The stairs up to the family room were dark and just about clean. The room itself was ok with clean bedding and the bathroom was reasonably clean apart from the shower head. The whole room was dated, cluttered and it was clear had not had a deep clean for some time either with dirty mirrors, lights, windows, doors and fluff down the side of the bed. Bed wasn’t too comfy either. It wasn’t great and I tried not to look to closely for fear of what I may find.

Our stay the "friends hotel" was a great stay. We couldnt ask for better hosts, dot was so nice, making sure we had everything we needed. Rooms where what to expect for the price. We opted to have our evening meals there. Both breakfast and evening meals where very good, being asked what we wanted the evening before, with plenty to choice to choose. We are already thinking about coming to visit Blackpool again and would definitely choose to stay at this b&b

An Excellent Stay in Blackpool.

I had an excellent stay in Blackpool! The accommodation was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the space was welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every detail seemed to be thoughtfully considered, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Whether it was the cozy rooms, great amenities, or the friendly atmosphere, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Blackpool!

Amazing host couldn’t do enough for us. So friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious room with private shower room. Perfect for our 4 night trip to the UDO World Dance Competition. Easy walk to The Winter gardens. With plenty of shops along the way. Thank you Dot 🌻

Lovely little getaway

First time staying here and would definitely recommend. Dot the new owner and her husband greeted us on arrival and are really friendly and accommodating. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast and alongside cereal etc, we could have any hot options we liked. We had a slight issue with our room but Dot sorted it straight away and we had no other problems whatsoever. The family room we had was great for us and the dog and our sons room next door was spacious,clean and tidy too. We went as strangers and left as friends. Location is fantastic, just a 10 minute walk to the seafront and town centre.

From start to finish staying at friends hotel was a joy. Dot,the owner is wonderful and making your stay a happy one is important to her.our room was well decorated, comfortable and the fridge was a great addition. The bed is so comfy we didn't want to leave it. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Friends hotel is definitely pet friendly and Dot made a huge fuss over our dog Toby who fell in love with her. Our only regret was that we didn't know about friends hotel before this. What more could you possibly want, its near everything, its like staying with a favourite auntie, you may arrive as a stranger but you leave as a friend. Definitely recommend.
