Scary place to stay... Beds are so high for old people to get in..Terrible. towels are so thin, didn't even shower. Just a quick stop but not good!

The property and the room I was in was clearly in need of an upgrade. Exterior door had no lock. Let alone e a card key mechanism Beds were comfortable, TV, A/C, fridge and toilet worked fine.Shower was so so. Convenient location to fairgrounds, and I felt safe but it truly was budget accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Found pills on the floor by the bedstand, was staying 2 nights and a staff person jist walked in the room without knocking.

One of the better low cost motels in town. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The compressor in my mini fridge broke during my stay. Staff removed it and brought in a new one. Fragrances were strong for my nose, but I did like the scent. The neighboring room was noisy one night, but quieted down after I asked staff to intervene. Overall, my stay was uneventful and unremarkable, exactly what I look for in cheap motels.

The room was fine, nothing special. The Safety Lock was broken and hanging precariously, suggesting maintenance was not a huge priority. Breakfast didn't look like much so I didn't even bother. I just wanted a place to stay that didn't cost too much and it met my needs.

This is a very basic budget hotel with no amenities at all. The room was dusty, there was no carpet, and it was quite loud during my stay. Towels were limited and there were minimal in-room features. It worked for a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort or a clean, quiet environment.

First floor windows did not lock (at least two rooms). One room had no screen and one had half a screen torn or cut. We found other lodgings. Incidentally no rack for hanging clothes or coats.

We had no key to our room so we had to leave door propped open all the time. He said he would slide a key under the door in the morning which they didn't do ..it was sketchy as hell.

I understand that this place was inexpensive , but it was nasty. It smelled bad and we got eaten up by bedbugs. We had to mop the floor ourselves. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to ask them to wash the blanket it smelled musty like human must. Worst place I have ever stayed and I was a flight attendant!

We only stayed for one night, but will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Fargo. It was a nice place and it's obviously in the process of being improved to be even nicer.
