Be careful what you book! This hotel is actually composed of 6 properties spread throughout the city. The pictures you are seeing online are from only one property. Our hotel was very, very different from the pics we saw. The manager herself directly admits as much.
We let the hotel know we would be arriving after midnight as our flight was delayed. They felt it would be a good idea to put us in a room exactly two feet from the reception desk (see pic)! As expected, we could hear the phone ringing well past 2 am and by 7 am, people were checking out, being loud, yelling at each other (if you live in India, you know), making breakfast etc.
Bottom line: room was subpar (see pics), we were charged way too much and we were forced to move hotels on our own time and money. After more than two hours of negotiations with the hotel, we were finally granted a new hotel.
Honestly, I think the staff here and even the manager are decent people but just think only with money on the brain, no real concern for patrons. Customer care is not the priority. They had our room booked out and people waiting in reception for it before we even left the hotel.
End note: the manager put us in their Aster Penthouse which was not quite as conveniently located but was a much nicer property. We slept well the second night and are appreciative of that effort of goodwill.
