This was our 5th stay at Kasa Jules. The location is great because you have the wonderful park across the street, and everything you need or want is within walking distance. We have always stayed in the Diamond suite but this time we stayed in the Opal Suite. Both are beautifully appointed and comfortable. So far, parking has not been an issue. Unless we go golfing or to Tybee Island, we walk and the car stays parked. We will be going back in the Fall!

Beautiful property, great location. I really wanted to give it 5 stars but communication/policy about the storage locker was a bit nonsensical. Storage locker is provided (awesome!) but you get locked out of the building when checking out. (Not awesome!) Kasa staff then gave confusing/inaccurate info a lockbox to get back in, rather than simply issuing a temporary door code. If they fix this problem it would be a world class stay.

A little hiccup elevator out of service and took few to confirm the front main steps are going to be our new entrance and towel hook in bathroom hanging but other than that this place is amazing! I know we will return for a romantic weekend of just wondering and enjoying Historic Savannah as always is great but this made the trip perfect with the location! Right by food bars and of course our fav coffee shop across the street!! This will be a go to if available for all of our future trips

Property large and beautiful. Great location. But kasa and owner refused to allow me to change dates, get a credit or refund. They refused to even relist the property to get another potential customer when I informed them, over a month in advance, that I accidentally picked the wrong week for spring break to show Savannah to my kids. Because they refused to work with me for new dates or credit, I had to find someone to come with in order for the money spent to not go down the drain. I would recommend staying somewhere like a hotel where they will work with you to help you in an event like this where the problem could have easily been fixed. I was highly disappointed given I informed them of the issue far in advance.

Pro: large area. huge great shower. very clean. stocked kitchen. great location, we walked everywhere. comfortable king bed. Cons: on the third floor and no elevator so take that into consideration. we saw an older couple struggling to climb up. no free parking, we used spot hero but there is paid street parking.

Accessibility a real problem despite having non-working elevators, for years now from what I understand. Navigated 55 stairs up, then down for every excursion. Kitchen not fully equipped if you intend to cook. 2 trash bags for a 7 day stay. Security entrance needs improvement.
