Our stay here was probably average at best and the let downs were things that could have been resolved easily by the staff unfortunately but weren’t. Positives: the hostel is very close to the bus station which is great when arriving and departing and for trips to the national park. The area is also quiet. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfy. They made us a box breakfast (sandwich and yoghurt for our early start on the first morning) Negatives: the room we stayed in (room 4) had a very bad sewer smell to the point it woke us up in the night. We reported this right away and were given a diffuser for the room which didn’t really combat the problem. We were out for a full day on our first day so the second day enjoyed a bit of a later start. Breakfast was served until 10am but at 9.30 the staff had tidied it away and said we should have booked - no one told us this on check in just the hours of breakfast. The shower in the room was broken, the tap to change from tap to shower was broken and the shower head didn’t move so it pointed at the top of the shower rather than down. It also fell on my head twice during the stay. We reported all these items to the staff by WhatsApp and we didn’t see them again after check in and they read but didn’t reply to the message!!

El servicio por parte del personal es excelente. Bien ubicado a unos 3min de la terminal de buses. El desayuno muy bueno, flexible con la opción de tomarlo en el hotel o prepárate un almuerzo para llevar a tu excursión a Torres del Paine. La calefacción es buena y la decoración aún mejor.

La habitación era muy amplia. En concreto la número 3. Solo dos problemas, tuvimos problemas con olores de tubería del baño que solucionamos tapando los sumideros y ruidos del piso de arriba. Por lo demás, el desayuno muy bien y la atención muy buena.
