The room was very nice and clean, but the overall hotel experience was definitely not what we had expected. One reason we chose this hotel was because of the breakfast, but we’re very disappointed that we had to wait forever for any of the food to be replenished. We would wait in a long line to find out when we got to the food most of it was gone and not replenished. We would go back through the line to find that it still hadn’t been replenished, even went back to our room and came back down 20 minutes later to get our toddler the foods he wanted just to find that they were still empty. It was crowded at breakfast, but apparently there was not enough help to keep the food replenished so everyone could get what they wanted or needed and had paid for. We went to the café for lunch, tried to order food from the bar and they told us to have a seat and they would be with us shortly. There was only one server for the outside bar, the inside bar, and for the food ordering and serving. She was spread way too thin and was doing the best she could do but it took 45 minutes just to place an order and a long time to receive it. I feel like these were amenities that we most definitely did not get our moneys worth or have a good experience with. We also had some teenage boys trying to kick down doors, including ours which really scared our two year-old. Every time he heard anything after that, he would run to us upset.
