Everything was great about this hotel....clean, bright, large rooms...lots of amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub( waters were warm enough to swim outside in March~ tho it was 75° but the indoor area was very well heated), arcade games ( unlimited free games), fire pits(2). Beds were pretty comfy. Balcony had great view of mountains behind the city ... spacious balcony.
Cons. Not alot of TV stations to choose from or smart TV. People smoking by pool area( nobody enforcing) kids splashing and jumping in water in the hot tub. Weird stain on bed sheets, tho they changed it for me there was no apology for the inconvenience. The restaurant in front of hotel played music 24/7 so no real quiet time on balcony. No tub , very unfortunate. ( The Margaritaville in Gatlinburg has a huge tub, if you need that) Breakfast could be better, lots to choose from but all food stale, tasteless or chewy mostly fresh cooked food~ it was busy that day I went so not sure if it was off day.
