Honestly worst experience. I booked two rooms. One was available at the 3pm checkin the other was not available until 5pm. They couldn’t explain why this was the case. When they finally had a room available it was someone else’s room and they couldn’t even confirm if that person had checked out. It was dirty and we were asked to wait in the room until another was made available. Took 20 more minutes to get a room. They gave a free breakfast voucher that was assigned to a different room and name. Just all around terrible experience. Will cancel plans to stay here in March with family for a week. That’s 4 rooms for a week this hotel lost worth of business for march 2026.
