We enjoyed the cabin’s privacy with our little dog. We could not control the heat in the morning and it was 60 degrees inside but 38 outside. The TV was a Roku. It was clean and spacious, but dated.

We as a family stayed for a night! It was very pleasant stay, only thing we were scared that this property is beside the main roads, there could be security issues. But at the end it well went fine! I would love to stay again if there could be more secure in terms of unwanted guest! Thanks!

Great location between BV and Leadville. I’d imagine during summer it could be noisy though with 58 beginning right there but loved my stay!

The room was really nice and clean. The kitchen came with everything that we needed to make dinners and breakfast. It felt like it was the perfect spot between the hiking trails on independence pass, and visiting Leadville. The mining museum was amazing. The hot water only last about five minutes. However, I would still recommend staying here and I hope to come back.

I really liked the cabins here. I read a some complaints and wasn't sure about booking it. But it's worth it. You have your own cabin in the mountains, pretty awesome. Good internet as well.

The camp ground is in a dirt lot off the highway so you get a lot of noise. There's no view, there's also nothing there to do. Our cabin smelled like old, stale cigarette smoke. When I brought this to the managers attention, he said there were wildfires and thatS probably what I was smelling. This was not from a wildfire, this was classic, stale smoke like from a hotel that the room used to be smoking. The tiles in the shower were coming up as well. Overall, it's not bad for the money and there is a full stove in there which is nice. The bed was terrible and the pillows were paper thin. If you stay here, I'd recommend at least bringing your own pillows.

Lovely little wood cabins! Very cosy inside, bed was super comfy! Ideal for staying over a night. Check in was a key in the door, had free wifi, clean bathroom etc., all the basics covered! Would stay again if passing!
