We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a suite with the extra beds for our kids. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. 15 min walk to the old town of Coimbra was the only drawback. Great outside pool area overlooking the river, staff very friendly. Just a short walk from the bus station and 10 minute walk to train station. 10 minute walk to the old town. Great place for a family visit or conference. My only complaint is thin walls, and much of the public, regardless of nationality, seems to have forgotten what it means to stay in a shared space while speaking in hushed tones. The people who work here are caring and kind, but hotel guests need some training.
