Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. サウナ、プール等利用いたしましたが何処も清潔で気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。 ただ残念だった所もあり ①温泉の壁側で身体を洗ったのですが、おしっこの臭いがしました。 ②机に並べてあるルームサービスメニューに細かいお菓子？の食べカスが散らばっていました。 前日夜の予約、格安で宿泊したのでルームウェア2着Ｌサイズ等準備が間に合わなかったのかなと少し残念に思いました。 朝食もご当地メニューや食材に目を奪われ、どれも大変美味しくいただきました。 そこでおこがましい様ですが一つ提案があります。 パイナップル🍍は半分に切った物をくり抜いて器にし、カットした身をバラバラに入れて提供したら如何かなと... 私の前の方が甘いお尻の方から見事に半分取って行かれ、私と次の方は残りを分け合う形に💦食いしん坊ですみません。 以上長くなりましたが、もう一度宿泊したいホテルでした。

お風呂やプールにタオルがありません

大浴場にはタオルが無く部屋のタオルを持って行くようにとの事ですが、お風呂にタオルが置かれてないホテルは聞いた事がないですし、とても不便で不衛生です。 プールにもタオルが置かれてなかったのですが、部屋に置かれた一枚のバスタオルで過ごせというのは対応が悪すぎると思います。

居心地の良い便利なホテルです

広々とした廊下や部屋でとてもリラックスできました。スタジアムビューの部屋を選んだので、テラスからの眺望が素晴らしく、正面に見える稲佐山含めてとてもいい景色でした。部屋に中のスペースが広いので、シーズンオフの静かな時期ならこもっての仕事利用にもおすすめです。また駐車場を安価で利用できるホテルなので、レンタカーをしてハウステンボスや佐世保、平戸などや松浦の島嶼部までアクセスする人のスタート地点やゴール地点のホテルとしてもおすすめです。朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。

ホテルはとてもきれい。部屋は素晴らしかった。スタッフの対応はとっても良かった。プールも朝食も大満足です。
