**Modern apartment, Great Location and Views**
The property is well-situated—perfectly walkable to most places—with truly lovely views that make it a pleasant base for exploring Madeira. The bed was comfy, and having kitchen facilities added great flexibility to the stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming.
A deeper clean would go a long way, especially when it comes to the floors, which could use more attention. A small but thoughtful addition like guest slippers would really enhance comfort, especially given the current state of the flooring.
In short, it's a charming place with excellent potential—ideally located and warmly staffed—but just needs a bit more care in cleanliness to match the beauty of its surroundings.
