Kleines, ruhiges Hotel mit sehr netten Besitzern. Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig ausreichend für eine Nacht. Gute Anbindung mit der Tram und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ich würde wiederkommen.

Overpriced (€279 for 1 person/1 night). Austere & spartan hotel. No TV in the room, tiny beds, a kettle but no coffee or tea, hot water in the hot and cold taps, a fridge that didn't work, a "fake" kit kitchenette with no accessories, not even cuttlery. Difficult room entry involving code, then twisting and pulling two handles at once - no-one on the desk after 10PM. Small meager towels. And a curtain that couldn't close because the curtail rail doesn't reach the wall, with a shaft of daylight onto your face on the pillow at 6AM. Suburban street 20 minutes walk from the station, 10 minutes to the Fairground. Avoid.

Good value for short break

Not so sure about the 'self-check in' machine system as it wanted to charge me when I'd already paid in full online.. luckily there was someone manning the desk who was able to check us in, without having to re-pay! AC in the room a blessing, comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Enjoyed the door-codes, although the side door option after 10pm was precarious and not all that reliable. Handy for the Skyplaza and various tram/train stops. Would stay again.

A nice new hotel

A new hotel that is just finishing its renovations. Shower is great with nice water pressure. Air conditioning in the room works well. Quiet location. Walkable to nice areas and very conveniently close to the train station. Beds are firm but that was fine with me.

住宿位置離中央車站有段距離，走路大概20～30分鐘，附近都是民居，比較安靜，感覺比中央車站一帶安全，走路不到5分鐘有超市。酒店很新，房間是採取密碼進入，不過有點不習慣使用。房間格局不錯，可以有足夠空間開兩個行李箱，酒店也有提供瓶裝水、茶包、咖啡，服務人員態度也很好。只不過當天酒店所有冷氣還未弄好，但有開窗戶通風，

Roadworks going on at night, Reception staff walked into our room without knocking? And claimed to be “checking if everything was ok !” We went down to reception and asked “why did you just unlock the door without knocking?” And he said “ I am room maid” bearing in mind he had nothing to make him look like he was the maid, as he had no trolley with towels or nothing! Empty handed.

Hotel i located in a good location. But room was offered with Air-conditioned leacking. I informed the reception desk girl and she said there is no one to attend and it will come on monday or Tuesday. no one came to repair the water leacking from AC and the water was falling on the floor. We paid for the room and we get a room with Non-functional Air conditioned.

Eigentlich sollte es ja mit Selst einchecken funktionieren, wobei ich schon Zweifel hatte. Als ich ankam war der Automat belegt und ich geriet unter Zeitdruck, da ich beruflich zu einer Abendgala musste.Ein sehr freundlicher junger Mann kam mir zu Hilfe und übte auch den Code für den Seiteneingang ( ab 22 Uhr abends) mit mir. Im Zimmer hätte ich mir einen Spiegel gewünscht. Die Jalousie konnte ich erstmal nicht hochfahren und hatte auch keine Zeit mich damit zu beschäftigen. Das Bett war sehr schön groß und gemütlich. Leider kein Frühstück und keinen löslichen Kaffee oder Tee ( und Tassen) im Zimmer. Sehr gut gelegen, die Straßenbahn fuhr bis fast vor die Haustür.

We stayed here for one night and found the experience to be just average. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, and we had to wait over 30 minutes—which was disappointing, especially given the short duration of our trip and our tight schedule. The room itself was clean, but we had issues with the air conditioner. Since it was quite hot, we initially set the temperature to 19°C to cool the room quickly. To our surprise, water started leaking from the unit inside the room. When we reported the issue, the staff advised us to set the thermostat to 22°C to avoid the leakage. However, even at 22°C, the problem persisted throughout the night. We ended up placing towels and glasses under the unit to catch the water and protect the floor. On a positive note, the location is easily accessible by public transport, including trams, and is conveniently close to Frankfurt’s main transportation hub. Overall, it was not a very pleasant stay, and we hope the management addresses these maintenance issues for future guests.

Great Hotel

The hotel is located on the S-Baun 14, which makes it very convenient from the main train station. The staff was very nice. Have the staff show you how to open the door before going to your room. We arrived very early because of our flight arrival time on the airplane. The hotel let us checkin without issue so that we could take a nap after having been up for 20 hours. The room was very nice. It seemed brand new. The bathroom was roomy, clean and a very pretty brown colored marble on the walls. The shower had 4 different options for water delivery - down spout, spray nozzle for hard spray, hand wand and and overhead shower. The soap was lacking as it didn't foam much, but we brought our own. The bed is hard, as are most hotel beds, but comfortable. The windows had a louver that went down so you could get air in the room without people watching you. The traffic outside is pretty noisy though with the S-Baun running constantly. If the windows are closed, it's pretty quiet There's a sink & Water heater pot outside of the bathroom. There are lots of closets and a safe. A refrigerator would have been nice. Also, there is no TV, but we weren't in the room long enough to use one. We would stay here again without question.
