nao indico este hotel , chegamos tarde , na compra foi informado que tinha estacionamento , chegando la só tinha algumas vagas , tivemos que sair e andar um quarterao para colocar o carro no estacionamento, o hotel nao tinha refeição para servir a noite , apenas o cafe da manha , tivemos que pedir fora e quando pedimos fomos pedir um prato para eles para podemos comer , informaram que nao tinha prato , sendo que o mesmo oferece cafe da manha e tinha varios pratos....nao indico e nao fico mais neste hotel.

O maior problema pra mim foi o estacionamento. O hotel não tem vagas suficientes comparado ao numero de quartos e você tem que estacionar o carro num estacionamento de terceiros que fica a 1 quadra do hotel. Chegamos tarde a noite, e a entrada do hotel fica na rua. Se estivesse chovendo seria um problema ainda maior. Outra questão foi o cafe da manhã, estava sem reposição e levamos mais de 45 pra sermos atendidos. O staff não deu conta de servir adequadamente.

Tivemos uma experiência bem chata na primeira noite, nos colocaram em um quarto onde tem um exaustor do lado da janela, ou seja 6 e pouca da manhã ligaram e quem consegue dormir, com o barulho ensurdecedor. Desci logo na recepção e pedi que nos trocassem de quarto e sim fomos atendendidos. Pegamos um quarto bem melhor e silencioso. Quarto mais amplo e com o frigorifico bom sem ficar caindo. Café da manhã satisfatorio,quartos limpos e boa localização.

Único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro que devia estar entupido, não sei, então a água espirrava por tudo, e a luz do banheiro desligava durante o banho devido ao sensor de aproximação, daí tinha q ficar saindo do box e sinalizando pra ativar o sensor e acender a luz. Bem ruim essa questão. Mas de resto, tudo ótimo.

O quarto estava limpo e em ótimas condições, tivemos apenas um episódio da pia do banheiro entupida e também o pessoal da limpeza do quarto que não fez a reposição das toalhas de banho. Quanto ao café da manhã, é normal, alguns itens não pareceram frescos, no meu caso com algumas restrições na alimentação não tinham opções sem glúten ou lactose. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e auxiliaram em todos os itens que tivemos problemas. As garagens são um ponto de atenção, pois são poucas vagas, é necessário pagar a parte após a chegada e o espaço de manobras é muito limitado.

Fiquei no 14° andar, suíte Luxo Casal. Tempo de estadia 5 dias. Sobre o hotel: Equipe atenciosa, funcionários educados, prestativos e solícitos, em especial o rapaz do café da manhã e o da recepção que fala espanhol. Quarto muito bom, amplo, confortável. O hotel passou por uma boa reforma e está modernizado. Conta com 2 elevadores e um estacionamento modesto. Não utilizamos o estacionamento. Café da manhã farto com diversas opções de pães, frutas, tortas, bolos, frios, leite sem lactose, pães sem glúten. Diferenciado! Rua tranquila para desembarque e embarque de Uber. As duchas poderiam ser substituídas para garantir maior direcionamento central da água, pois o jato é muito aberto. Alguns pontos iniciais de infiltração do banho pro quarto foram notados. Nos últimos dias da estadia notamos que o isolamento acústico do quarto é baixo, pois chegou uma família com bebê no quarto vizinho e o som do choro era razoavelmente alto, mas não nos incomodou. No geral, gostamos e voltaríamos. Sugestão: investir em produtos mais perfumados para limpeza. A limpeza do hall e dos quartos deixou um cheiro de pano sujo.
