The outside of the hotel was pretty with a lovely pool area and a beach right outside. Also the buffet had a variety of options and because I went during Ramadan, they had the buffet open at 3 am for those who were fasting. The staff were very friendly, and there was plenty of entertainment offered.
However, the room AC was not good; hot air was coming out even after a worker tried to fix it and the pillows were not good quality, making it difficult to sleep.
Also in the room there was no iron and when we asked, we were told we had to pay for clothing to be ironed. The prices were shocking, costing £12 to iron a dress. Moreover, no bottle of water was provided in the room fridge and there was no kettle in the rooms.
- There were no shuttle services, only private taxis, which were too expensive (£40 just to get to the hotel). It's better to prebook a shuttle online, which only costs £6.
