room ok and staff nice but when they warn you there is techno pop on the beach 6 to midnight they fail to warn that it is 3 different bars with different music all overly loud and speakers aimed directly at your room. Room unusable from 6pm to midnight. Place next door is so much better.

Great location. I absolutely loved this place. Right on the beach. Good price and a noce little cabin. Food and activities are closd by. Friendly and helpul staff. Be careful though because it is a litte loud in that area with music and performances going on untill about midnight. They did warn us about this when i booked the room. They moved ne away though hjen i asked.

Ok room standard and cleanliness, but service level is very poor. 4 waiters just standing by the bar on the beach, but we had to walk from the sunbed to the bar every time we wanted to order anything. The lack of management onsite seems to be the main problem, as well as very poor English skills on all staff. Tried to get a manager to give my feedback to but they rejected any interaction other than email. Would recommend to use other accommodations on Koh Samet instead of this hotel.

Although the hotel informed us in advance about possible music noise (which was understandable), the main issue was noise from neighboring rooms and upstairs, particularly from people walking up and down the stairs. This made it difficult to fully relax. In addition, cleanliness in the breakfast area could be improved.

Problemer med å få tak i håndklær til rommet. Bestilte middag til oss og et vennepar første dagen. Vi to fikk servering etter en tim, men venneparet fikk ikke mat i det hele tatt selv om de kom og tok imot bestilling to ganger. Veldig bra frokostservering der. Standen var helt fantastisk!
