I had such a terrible experience staying in this hotel.
1. My dad forgot the password to open the safe and we kept all our passports there. It was 2 days before we got back to our country so we were kinda panic and as the staff to help us open it.The receptionist said there would be someone sent to our room to help us that day and my dad asked for the specific time, but she just said "I don't know, but today". We were not satisfied with her answer but we could not do anything so we just went our the whole day, hoping that when we returned, it would have been unlocked.
BUT NO. It remained untouched. The next day, my dad had to express his dissatisfaction and finally, they sent someone to our room. It only took them about a minute to open the safe, so why didn't they do it the day before as they promised us?
2. We paid them 250 AUD for the security deposit and spent 169 AUD for breakfast so in return, they had to give us 81 AUD back. They promised it would take 3-5 working days for the process but we wait for nearly 2 weeks. Nothing was returned. Now, it has been 8 working days and we haven't seen our money back yet.
I rarely leave a bad review for any kind of hospitality service, but my experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. Overall, this stay was frustrating and far below the standard I expected. Poor communication, slow action, and unfulfilled promises left us with a very negative impression. I strongly don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
