We couldn't stay one night. We walked in and saw mold on the ceiling and in the bathrooms. The owner sent me an email “ I apologize for what happened, the problem was that there was a leak in the upstairs apartment a few days ago and the ceiling was stained and the administration had to solve it and still hasn't done it, but we didn't detect the presence of mold during cleaning, tomorrow I can put you in a new apartment if you prefer”
Why would I take another room from this owner when, according to his own statement, he was already aware of the issue? I had to find another place for my wife and me to stay. Terrible service. Also, there was no mention of any kind of refund. Again, terrible service.
