El hotel muy bien, el servicio también, sin embargo la aplicación me cobró antes de la llegada y al estar en la recepción nos volvieron a cobrar la estancia, comentando que verificarían el pago, que nunca nos devolvieron a nuestra tarjeta

This was an amazing apartment in central Salzburg that was walking distance to all nearby sites and shopping areas. The staff was amazing and very accommodating to changes in our schedule to support booking updates. Recommend this place for short or long terms stays in the city.

Apartments Salzburg is in a perfect location for you vacation in Salzburg. It is right in the centre and close to the Altstadt and the concert venues. It is located in a lovingly, renovated building, extremely clean, comfortable beds with all the amenities. I can very highly recommend Apartments Salzburg.

Great location and well-equipped apartment — recommended A really good stay overall. The location was excellent, well placed for getting around Salzburg, and the apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed. The facilities and amenities were all as described, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The only maintenance point worth mentioning was a loose safety handle by the stairs — worth the owner tightening at some point. To their credit it was clearly signed, so we were aware of it and it wasn't an issue during our stay. Overall a comfortable, convenient base and I'd happily recommend it.

The location for touring on foot was excellent. The Staff was hugely kind and helpful.They even gave us chocolate bunny during our stay over easter.Our luggage was delayed several days and they laundered for us.For free, we had definitely stay there again

Très bel endroit et bien situé, très propre. Réception virtuelle très simple l’endroit est très propre. Il n’est pas vraiment possible d’y cuisiner un repas, bien qu’il y ait un petit espace cuisine avec micro-onde. Nous avons beaucoup aimé! À noter que l’hôtel fournit la passe pour les transports pour la durée du séjour et que l’hôtel en diagonale est disponible pour tout soutien comme des oreillers supplémentaires.

The apartment was lovely, very historic and modern at the same time! The "new town" location is perfect for exploring Salzburg with lots of dining choices nearby as well as a Spar grocery store.

We stayed here with a family of 4. Check in with the hotel just up the block was easy and seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is great, very clean and 2 small bedrooms of the entry corridor, this allowed our family to spread out. Location is very central with a short walk over the river to the Old Town but also plenty of dinning options from the front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay

I am not sure if my complaint is for the hotel or Hotels.com so here goes. For some reason Hotels or the Apartment do not give you the code to enter the hotel until the day before you arrive. I paid for the room but was not given the code. The app said to "click here" to get the code, so I arrived late at night, in pouring rain, with limited phone access. I finally found the hotel and clicked to get the code only to see that I now had to go somewhere else and verify who I was in order to get the code to enter the hotel. Now why didn't they give me the code before I went? I paid for the room. No one, and I mean no one could access that code and enter the hotel on the date I was there, except me. I stood in rain and got soaking wet (NO covering at all) and finally another guest woke and reluctantly opened the door so I could get out of the rain. The hotel is hard to find and the entry code process is terrible. Then I found out that the hotel is further down the street (with an elevator) and for some reason I was placed in an apartment on the second floor with no elevator. Maybe Hotels.com people get a lesser room. There are better places to stay and cheaper, with better instructions. (the room complex entrance is under the horse in the photo)
