I arrived to find dirty underwear in the bed, suggesting the sheets hadn’t been changed. I took them down to reception, and shortly after discovered a human tooth on the bedside table—clearly left behind by a previous guest. That was particularly unsettling.
To their credit, the staff responded quickly and moved me to another room. However, when I returned from work around 5:30pm, I found the room hadn’t been cleaned.
Another issue worth noting: rooms on the top floor were sitting at 27 degrees with no air conditioning, which made things quite uncomfortable.
Quite frankly, I’d expect a refund in good faith. The rooms aren’t cheap, and the whole experience was a bit gross. I had originally considered booking this hotel for my team due to its location near our worksite, but after this, I’ll likely be looking at alternatives.
