check out 也是掃QR CODE 。

Stayed there with the family. It's not as spacious as what I thought

Room was clean and comfortable and good location. However, we found that it was difficult to communicate or get help when there was no front desk person. We used the self storage for luggage after checking out and the lock would not open when we tried to retrieve our luggage. Lucky we found a house keeping person on another floor and she was able to help.

Great hotel in Asakusa! Walking distance to Senso-ji temple. There is a 7-11 right across the street and the Kuramae train station is less than a block away - very convenient! If you want to stay outside the hustle & bustle of areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya, this is a great option!

The checkin process was a nightmare without staff to assistance and the automated system does not always work well. The room did not have enough space for luggage to be opened while the room was in use.

There always no staff at front desk during the daytime, even 2pm check in. At this price range hotel, that would be not acceptable. Otherwise, the hotel is great.

The room we had was very nice and clean, big enough for a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The futons were spread out on a raised platform, is what I can describe. The foam pads, sheets, blankets, pillows can be stored away in cabinets to make room for the kids to play. The platform was probably to be used for eating on, but we used the knee high table in the kitchen instead where the sofa was, it was more convenient. The kitchen was small with a counter to prepare ready to eat food is about it, but ok I guess. Over all the experience was great there; most sites were close around there within walking distance.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Nice, clean and quiet room. The hotel right next to the Kuramae train station is a great convenience. We had enjoyable stay.

Loved the space and location near train. Modern and loved the washer dryer. Great to have this room option for a family of 5. Just that the beds were a little hard for me
