The staff at the reception did not have visibility of the booking I did online, they had to call the manager who confirms I booked online, but then did not provide information on the type of booking I did, hence I was given a standard room instead of the suite I booked, upon entering I realized the mistake and had to go back to reception to explain a this is not what I paid for, it took a while of explanations and showing of receipts and conversion from USD to the local currency before I was finally led to the room I paid for, and it was a spacious room. Glad it was finally rectified.
