This hotel is basically brand new and that was obvious. Everything was clean and decor was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The biggest issue we encountered was that a "system error" caused them to lose record of guests with pre-paid breakfast. We were confused at check-in when we were told we wouldn't get breakfast, but we showed him our Expedia confirmation, and he told us we were welcome to breakfast each day of our three-night stay. The breakfast was simple: bread and a couple jams, two or three pastries, deli ham and cheese, a large bowl of plain yogurt, a couple cereals, a bowl of assorted fruit, one or two juices, and coffee (self-serve coffee/espresso machine). It was fine; simple, but fine.
The room was clean and nice, albeit pretty small. No safe and no kettle, hair dryer available to borrow from the front desk. But it was good enough for three nights.
The neighbourhood was a little strange, mostly industrial. Public transit didn't seem to be available. Onsite parking was pretty limited; we were always able to get a spot, but we stayed here during the off-season.
