If you have kids/ toddlers I don’t think it’s suitable as the person living on the 3rd floor is not nice at all. He was very rude and not understanding at all that I have a 2yr old. Very nice apartment/ condo but has no installation whatsoever in the walls or floors. Also the curtains in the bedroom were not good at all either as the sun rise at 6am so will you.

Instructions for getting to unit were extrememly confusing. Beds were comfortable but the room is too small for two beds which made it very awkward and difficult for 3 people. Bathroom fan needs cleaned. Unable to send pic of key fob in lock box via communication path offered. Stay was pleasant but would not use again for three people

Clean rooms, nice amenities and overall experience was good. No complaints. For improvement i can say, dry mat outside both showers and in kichen also. Have some face tissues box in bathrooms as well if possible. But i don't any regrets. Indeed it is nice place to stay.

A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!

Sheets were not washed!

The place was new and updated with basic amenities. However, the sheets were not clean and there was a sock in the bed from a previous guest. All sheets should be cleaned after each guest!!! Also, washing the windows would be great so guests don’t have to look at the bird mess on the windows.

Beautiful apartment complex with secure parking. The secure parking can only be accessed after you enter the building and get the keys (there is a fob for the gate), and this must be done through the parking garage's first-floor entrance. The directions for the entrance to the first-floor apartments were confusing and wrong. It made for a long first night of confusion. However, it was amazing after that. I hope they get their system straightened out. :-)

The management of the apartment and the rest of the property were separate. Dealing with the apartment management was very frustrating. It was very complicated and hard to reserve and then check in. The apartment was not very clean- but house keeping eventually came (she was sweet). We also had a broken garbage disposal that backed up the water in the sink. It took a week for them to send someone to repair. You just had to get on the verge of nasty with them (which I hate doing). On the other hand, the rest of the property was amazing (the lobby, pool, gym, library). We so enjoyed that- it was top notch. I would have given it a five star if it was just based on the rest of the property and their management/cleaning/maintenance.

By the looks of the pictures online, this place was going to be great--it was anything but! It started with an invalid access code so we could not get in the building and things only got worse from there. Our check-in papers told us to use the elevator, but that only served to confuse us because our rental ended up being on the ground floor. It caused a lot of frustration trying to figure out where our unit was with no onsite assistance, all while toting our suitcases along. We were told we had to display a parking pass for the parking garage, it would be located in our room, but alas there was no pass. When we finally made it to our rental unit, we walked in and the smell just about knocked us over. Then I noticed there was no balcony. Looking closer the carpet/rugs were extremely dirty. There was literal splatter marks on the wall in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. All the doors had dirty smudges around the handles as if they had not been wiped/sanitized in a very long time. There was dust and hair build up in the corners, mop boards, and vents. The dryer was broken and there was only 4 towels provided for 4 people for 6 days. There was only 3 coffee cups for the 4 of us. Broken glass in the dishwasher. Dirty utensils. Broken lamp in the bedroom so you had to unplug it to turn it off. Broken window shade in the bedroom and would not go up. Upkeep and cleaning could have made a HUGE difference:(

The apartment was a great distance from Grand Canyon University which we were visiting. It was exactly what we needed. The apartment was clean and practical. We appreciated that they allowed us to check in early. We recommend you bring pool towels as the unit only has one large towel per person.

Very nice property in good location - North Central Phoenix. The apartment itself would have been perfect for our 25 day stay but for the fact that the dryer did not work and the landlord did nothing about it despite almost 10 message exchanges and phone calls. So we had to lay our clothes all around the living room to dry. Additionally, the kitchen needed clean and the check-in process was less than ideal because we were provided an incorrect entry password. All of this was particularly troubling when, after arrival, we read a review from a renter in April 2026 who had pretty much the same experience as we did. To be fair, the apartment was comfortable, the AC worked great and we appreciated having two TVs - one in the living room and another in the bedroom.
