I reserved a room through hotels.com. Nowhere did it say the room was a smoking room. When I got my confirmation email however the room was designated smoking. I immediately tried to contact the property to change this but I got NO response. When I tried to cancel the reservation I was told it was non -fundable even though during reservation process this was not the option I chose. I am beyond frustrated with this particular hotel and the fact that hotels.com has no customer service support with a live person to troubleshoot situations. No contact information is provided on the website. For my family it is not possible to stay in a smoking room so we had to book accommodations elsewhere and got no refund for this stay
