Arriving we tried to unlock our room, and we could not get the electronic lock to work, we had to call to ask how to make it work. We finally got in our room to find out there was an adjoining door to the room beside us that wasn't stated in the room description. Day 2 we couldn't lock or unlock our room at all and had to be given a Key and were told that it would be fixed that afternoon, but it never was. There were opened, used body wash bottles and Shampoo/conditioner left in the shower, only 1 bath towel per person. The AC smelled like mold every time it kicked on. The K-cup coffee machine in the room had mold in the water tank. They need to set up time slots for each room to use the hot tub or each room needs their own. The hot tub down the back steps lights wouldn't work so everyone came to the one by our room (4) they were loud and playing music while they were in it and we felt like we couldn't go out on our balcony since the hot tub was right there. The staff we did see were very nice and I'm sure they are trying to fix the issues, but I just didn't expect so many issues, and I feel that the adjoining room door should have been disclosed in the description, we would have picked a different room or stayed elsewhere if we knew that. It's not an awful place it just needs to get things in working order and better descriptions of the rooms given.
