We arrived one hour before check in and were aware the room would only be available after 3pm. Still we have to wait around 15 min after 3pm to have access to the room as it was still being cleaned. Once in the room we were not happy with the cleanliness. Mirrors with splashes of toothpaste, the state of the sofabed was the worse. We reported it straight away, they sent someone to have a look at it but nothing was done in regards to this. The team was fine, listened to our complains and suggestions. The location is great and the price paid was ok. We always found parking space available and the swimming pool was pleasant. We did not make use of the gym though. There is a playroom in the building and this was great for our child. I would suggest changing the coffee machine to a kettle and a better broom in the room so we could keep the room a bit clean during the stay. There was a new sponge but we did not make use of it as we did not cooked/eat in the room. Air conditioner worked perfectly during our stay.
