When I arrived at midnight (I had sent them a message on the Expedia site in advance, I'll arrive at midnight 1~2 am), my booking was ignored. The reception staff said the rooms were all full and there was no room for me.
But I patiently negotiated with them and asked to prepare one room for me in any way they could. Fortunately, the staff were kindly cleaning one room (it did not seem normal for customers) and provided to me.
But it was not so clean... because cleaning time was 10 minutes.., then there were mosquite inside.
But I appreciated those of staff at that day. Thanks
