Perfect stays. Just lack of human contact.

Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. It's true that this system lacks relationships and human contact. The key handover system is absolutely perfect and efficient. Thank you, I will come back.

My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English

🌿 quelques ajustements bienvenus pour que ce soit top Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans l'appart'hĂŽtel Les Tonnels, avec l'envie d'aimer le lieu
 mais quelques dĂ©tails ont un peu compliquĂ© notre expĂ©rience. L’arrivĂ©e, d’abord, a Ă©tĂ© un peu stressante : le code d’entrĂ©e du bĂątiment ne figurait pas dans le mail. On a reçu directement le code de la boĂźte Ă  clĂ©s
 mais pour y accĂ©der, il fallait dĂ©jĂ  ĂȘtre Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. Petit moment de flottement Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, qu’un simple message clair aurait pu Ă©viter. Tout se fait en autonomie, sans contact humain. C’est pratique pour certains, mais un peu dĂ©routant quand on arrive avec des valises lourdes au 2e Ă©tage (pas d’ascenseur), et qu’on aurait aimĂ© un petit mot ou un sourire. Quelques points pratiques Ă  amĂ©liorer aussi : – Pas de frigo dans l’appartement, ce qui est surprenant pour un sĂ©jour en appart’hĂŽtel – Une toile d’araignĂ©e repĂ©rĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e – Une chasse d’eau capricieuse, qui coulait en continu car le bouton ne fonctionnait pas bien Ce sont des dĂ©tails, bien sĂ»r, mais qui peuvent faire la diffĂ©rence avec un peu plus de soin. Le lieu a du potentiel, l’autonomie peut ĂȘtre un atout si elle est bien accompagnĂ©e
 il ne manque pas grand-chose pour rendre l’expĂ©rience fluide et agrĂ©able. 🌟

Belle chambre, salle de bain magnifique avec fenĂȘtre, bon dĂ©bit d'eau, l'eau chaude arrive trĂšs rapidement. Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgrĂ© la route trĂšs passante, la chambre Ă©tait trĂšs bien insonorisĂ©e. Un frigo aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable mais j'ai cru comprendre que d'autres chambres en avaient. Belle expĂ©rience
