We spent the first two hours cleaning up… the floors needed hoovering… the cutlery, cups and glasses need washing before use due to being dirty…. The TV remote didn’t go left which restricted what we could watch… the towel rails in both bathrooms had rust all over them… the second bathroom was continually wet on one side…. There was a knock in a door… there was a knock in the wall…On day 2 the boiler got a fault on it which stopped the hot water….I could go on.
Before writing this I did flag this up to hotels.com who were fantastic. Hotels.com tried to help me communicate with the owner in hope that they acknowledged our issues and put it all right for future customers.
Needless to say, we won’t be returning.
